| 1. | Based on the implementation plan for the 112th school year campus smoking and槟榔 hazard prevention education "You are the Influencer" short film competition in our city. |
| 2. | Objective: Through the campus smoking and槟榔 hazard prevention education "You are the Influencer", enable students to independently advocate for knowledge and attitudes against smoking and槟榔, promote it to the campus, and internalize it into behaviors and life skills for rejecting smoking and槟榔. |
| 3. | Participants: Elementary schools, junior high schools, and senior high vocational schools affiliated with our city. Divided into elementary school, junior high school, and senior high vocational school groups based on creators. Each short film creation team is limited to 10 students from the same school. |
| 4. | Awards: Divided into three groups: elementary school, junior high school, and senior high vocational school. Three winners will be selected for each group: one special award, one excellent award, and one honorable mention. |
| (1) | Special Award (1 winner per group, 3 winners in total): NT$6,000 gift certificate and an individual certificate of commendation from the Department of Education. The supervising teacher will receive 2 commendations. |
| (2) | Excellent Award (1 winner per group, 3 winners in total): NT$4,500 gift certificate and an individual certificate of commendation from the Department of Education. The supervising teacher will receive 1 commendation. |
| (3) | Honorable Mention (3 winners per group, 3 winners in total): NT$3,000 gift certificate and an individual certificate of commendation from the Department of Education. The supervising teacher will receive 1 certificate of commendation. |
