| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the implementation plan for the central theme of "Positive Psychology Education" for Health Promotion Schools in the 111 academic year of our city. |
| II. | Purpose: |
| (1) | To cultivate core competencies in positive psychological health promotion education for teachers, parents, and students throughout the city, aiming for healthy living, health awareness, and knowledge, skills, and attitudes in positive mental health. |
| (2) | To enhance positive mental health concepts through academic competitions. |
| (3) | To implement health-promoting schools, advocate for positive mental health concepts, and improve children's art education, this competition is specially organized. |
| III. | Participants: Please have each school select students from senior high school, junior high school, and upper elementary grades (5th and 6th graders). Each school can submit a maximum of two entries, and each student is limited to one submission. |
| IV. | Awards: |
| (1) | First Prize (1 for senior high school, 1 for junior high school, 1 for elementary school, totaling 3 winners): One certificate and a NT$2,000 gift voucher. |
| (2) | Second Prize (1 for senior high school, 1 for junior high school, 1 for elementary school, totaling 3 winners): One certificate and a NT$1,000 gift voucher. |
| (3) | Third Prize (1 for senior high school, 1 for junior high school, 1 for elementary school, totaling 3 winners): One certificate and a NT$500 gift voucher. |
| (4) | Honorable Mention (3 for senior high school, 3 for junior high school, 3 for elementary school, totaling 9 winners): One certificate and a NT$300 gift voucher. |
