| 1. | This is in accordance with the bureau's official letter dated February 22, 112 (2023), document number 1120016885. |
| 2. | To cultivate core competencies and basic literacy in disaster prevention education for teachers, parents, and students throughout the city, and to enhance the concepts, attitudes, and skills related to disaster prevention education, the aforementioned activity is being organized. |
| 3. | The details of this activity are summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Participants: Students currently enrolled in public and private elementary, junior high, and senior high schools in the city. |
| (2) | Submission Period: From March 13, 112 (Monday) to April 28, 112 (Friday) (postmark date will be used as proof). Please have each school consolidate the works before submitting. |
| (3) | Submission Method: Each participant must include a registration form (as attached in Appendix I) and a physical copy of the copyright transfer consent form signed by hand (as attached in Appendix II). Please mail them via registered post to the General Affairs Office, Xiayun Elementary School, Fuxing District, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 14, Lane 6, Xiayun Village, Fuxing District, Taoyuan City, 33643) within the submission deadline. Please also indicate "Disaster Prevention Education Poster Creation Competition" on the envelope. |
