Taoyuan City Filial Piety Education - Filial Activities Competition

Subject: Attached is the "Taoyuan City 112th Year National Elementary and Junior High School 'Filial Piety Education - Filial Activities Competition' Implementation Plan" for your school to notify its members to actively register and participate. Please be informed.
Explanation:  
1. Based on the "Ministry of Education's Moral Education Promotion Plan" and the letter from Ruitang Elementary School, Yangmei District, Taoyuan City (hereinafter referred to as Ruitang Elementary School) dated March 27, 112, Ruitang Elementary School's Ruitang Elementary School Auxiliary Letter No. 1120001924.
2. The aforementioned plan is excerpted as follows (details in the implementation plan):
(1) Target Participants: Elementary and junior high school students in this city.
(2) Implementation Methods:
1. Art Competition Categories: All submissions must be individual creations. Please fill out Attachments 1 to 5 of the implementation plan (Attachment 2, Artwork Label, must be affixed to the back of the artwork).
(1) Filial Piety Creative Card Design (Target Participants: Lower and middle grades of elementary school students); Filial Piety Creative Slogan Design (Target Participants: Upper grades of elementary school and junior high school students).
(2) Filial Piety Creative Card and Creative Slogan Design Group Competition:
A. Group A: Schools with 12 classes or fewer.
B. Group B: Schools with 13 to 24 classes.
C. Group C: Schools with 25 classes or more.
(3) Promotional Filial Activities Competitive Project Subsidy: In conjunction with life festivals and school activities, plan and promote filial piety education activities related to the virtues of "Gratitude" and "Filial Respect." A total of 25 schools city-wide are expected to receive a subsidy of NT$10,000 per school. Schools interested in participating should fill out the application form (Attachment 6 of the implementation plan) for consideration.
(4) Submission and Retrieval of Artwork:
A. Art Competition Categories
(A) Submission Period: From April 24, 112 (Monday) to April 26, 112 (Wednesday) until 3:00 PM.
(B) Please have your school retrieve the submitted artworks from Ruitang Elementary School between May 3, 112 (Wednesday) and May 5, 112 (Friday).
B. Promotional Filial Activities Competitive Project Subsidy
(A) Submission Deadline: April 19, 112 (Monday).
(B) Schools whose applications are recommended for revision after review should submit the revised plan by April 26, 112 (Wednesday) to jtps-gc@m.jtps.tyc.edu.tw. The approval status will be announced after review.
C. All materials should be hand-delivered or mailed (postmark as proof) to the Counseling Office of Ruitang Elementary School (please indicate participation in the "Taoyuan City 112th Year National Elementary and Junior High School Filial Activities Competition", Address: No. 100, Section 2, Ruixi Road, Yangmei District, Taoyuan City, 326). Late submissions will not be accepted.
(3) Announcement of Results: By May 2, 112 (Tuesday), the Bureau will separately announce the list of selected schools via official letter, and it will also be posted on the Ruitang Elementary School website.
(4) Awards:
1. Art Competition Categories (Filial Piety Creative Card, Creative Slogan Design Competition): Winners will receive certificates of merit and gift vouchers; supervising teachers will also be awarded administrative commendations (details on award amounts are in the implementation plan).
2. Personnel from schools selected for the Promotional Filial Activities Competitive Project Subsidy will receive two commendations and two certificates of merit.
