| Subject: | Forwarding the "Cool School of Soil and Water Conservation" promotion activities organized by the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau of the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan. Three online briefing sessions will be held. Participants who attend the entire session will be awarded 1.5 hours of teacher professional development credit. | 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau of the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, dated April 10, 112 (112 is the 112th year of the Republic of China, which is 2023), No. 1121859551. |
| 2. | The briefing session will be conducted online and requires advance registration (website: https://reurl.cc/3ORlyX). The registration deadline for each session is three days before the course. All schools are welcome to register and participate. The agenda mainly includes (1) sharing of promotion experiences for the "Cool School of Soil and Water Conservation" and (2) explanation of the application for the "Cool School of Soil and Water Conservation - Seed School Promotion Plan and Demonstration Base Construction Plan." The schedule for each session is as follows: |
| (1) | First session: April 19 (Wednesday) 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM, no limit on participants. |
| (2) | Second session: May 3 (Wednesday) 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM, no limit on participants. |
| (3) | Third session: May 17 (Wednesday) 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM, no limit on participants. |
| 3. | Existing partner organizations (units) for soil and water conservation education promotion are also welcome to register for this briefing session to understand the promotion process and goals of the "Cool School of Soil and Water Conservation" program. Additionally, the briefing session will be recorded and uploaded to the event website after all three sessions are completed, allowing those who cannot attend in person to view the details of the program online. |
