Soil and Water Conservation Board Game Teacher Empowerment Training and In-Class Teaching Activities

Subject: Forwarding the invitation from the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) for school teachers to participate in the Soil and Water Protection Board Game Teacher Empowerment Training and In-Class Teaching Activities, details as per the explanation, please acknowledge.
Explanation:  
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter dated May 11, 112 (2023), Ref: Tai Jiao Guo Shu Xue Zi No. 1120062230.
2. This activity aligns with the 12-year basic education environmental education curriculum. Priority enrollment is given to those with prior experience in environmental education teaching. Participants include junior high, elementary school teachers, county and city environmental education counseling groups, environmental educators certified by the Ministry of Education, and seed teachers for soil and groundwater pollution environmental education trained by local environmental protection bureaus. Board game teaching experience and teacher empowerment training activities will be conducted, promoting soil and water remediation concepts through board games for teaching related topics.
3. Personnel participating in this program will be granted official leave by their respective schools according to their responsibilities. The Administration will provide 3 hours of teacher training hours and 3 hours of environmental educator extension hours for participants.
4. The training and in-class teaching activity brochure (attached) is provided. The locations and dates for the teacher empowerment training are as follows:
(1) (Northern Region) June 7, 112 (Wednesday) at IEAT Conference Center, 9th Floor, Room 902.
(2) (Central Region) May 31, 112 (Wednesday) at G3 Conference Room, 4th Floor, Taichung Xin Wen Xin Conference Center.
(3) (Southern Region) June 14, 112 (Wednesday) at National Science and Technology Museum, South Building, Classroom S203.
5. Additionally, the Administration has planned a mechanism for borrowing, experiencing, or obtaining board game kits to provide more learning resources for organizations interested in environmental protection, environmental education, soil, and groundwater topics (application brochure attached).
