| 1. | In accordance with the letter from TECO Co., Ltd. dated May 23, 112 (2023), Ref: TECO (PR) No. 1120523. |
| 2. | TECO's corporate vision is "Energy Saving, Emission Reduction, Intelligence, and Automation." The entire group is committed to a goal of reducing emissions by 50% over ten years (2021-2030). In addition to providing energy-saving solutions in products and services, TECO also aims to instill the concept of energy conservation from a young age. Therefore, in conjunction with the "Air Conditioning for Every Classroom" program, which has over 700 partner elementary and middle schools, and by inviting external teachers and company R&D managers to form a judging and question-setting committee, the "2022 Green Brain Creative Competition" was held from September to November last year (111th year of the Republic of China). The objective was to inspire students to think proactively and actively implement energy-saving and carbon-reduction concepts. |
| 3. | The "2022 Green Brain Creative Competition" received positive feedback from participating schools and teachers and students. This year, the competition will be expanded, and we welcome students from middle school and above grade 3 in elementary school to actively register and participate. |
| 4. | Registration for this competition will be open from September 1, 112 (2023) to 12:00 PM on October 25, 112 (2023). The judging committee will evaluate submissions in November, and an awards ceremony will be held in December. TECO will provide scholarships and energy-saving appliances to the winning teams and their affiliated schools as encouragement, and we look forward to jointly supporting the promotion of energy-saving science education in the long term. |
