| 1. | In accordance with the official letter from our Social Affairs Bureau dated June 12, 112 (2023), document number 1120054079. |
| 2. | The aforementioned event is scheduled to take place from August 4 (Friday) to August 20 (Sunday), 112 (2023), at Longtan Pond and its surrounding areas. The volunteer shifts are as follows: |
| (1) | Morning shift: 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM (4 hours). |
| (2) | Afternoon shift: 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM (4 hours). |
| (3) | Evening shift: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (4 hours). |
| 3. | Volunteer recruitment for this event will be conducted through "online registration." The recruitment period is from June 9 (Friday) to July 7 (Friday), 112 (2023). Please log in to the "Taoyuan City Volunteer Service Information Integration Platform (https://vspc.tycg.gov.tw/index.aspx) - Volunteer Recruitment Information - Major Event Recruitment Announcement - 2023 Landscape Art Festival Volunteer Recruitment" to register for shifts, whether as an organization or an individual volunteer. |
