| II. | The Chang Yung-Fa Foundation has long been committed to promoting character education and has been publishing the "Moral Monthly" free of charge for many years. To encourage the implementation of moral education in daily life, this essay contest is specially organized. |
| III. | The theme of the entries for this contest can be any content related to morality, with self-selected titles. Each essay should be between 800 and 1200 characters. All students from public and private junior high schools (including comprehensive high schools) are eligible to participate. The submission deadline is from now until October 31, 112 (2023). |
