| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Justice's letter No. 11211508600 dated August 17, 112. |
| II. | The aforementioned activity is a competition jointly organized by the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Education since 97. The purpose is to promote the use of the "National Legal Database" by junior high school and high school (including the first, second, and third grades of five-year junior colleges) students nationwide, to establish the concept of knowing and abiding by the law, and to encourage junior high school and high school (including five-year junior colleges) teachers nationwide to use their creativity to integrate the resources of the "National Legal Database" into teaching. The details of this year's 2 competition activities are as follows: |
| (1) | Legal Knowledge King Online Challenge Competition: |
| 1. | Target Audience: Junior high school and high school students (including the first, second, and third grades of five-year junior colleges) nationwide (divided into junior high school student group and high school student group). |
| 2. | Competition Method: A two-stage competition consisting of an online preliminary round and an on-site final. |
| 3. | Online Preliminary Round: From August 18, 112, to October 25, 112. |
| (2) | National Legal Database Creative Teaching Competition: |
| 1. | Target Audience: Junior high school and high school teachers (including part-time teachers, substitute teachers, intern teachers, and school police officers) nationwide (divided into junior high school group and high school group). |
| 2. | Competition Method: Design lesson plans integrating legal education-related topics using the "National Legal Database." The themes for this year's lesson plan selection are as follows: |
| (1) | Human Rights, Rule of Law, and Gender Equality Issues. |
| (2) | Major Legal Amendment Issues. |
| (3) | Information and Network Security Issues. |
| (4) | Other Issues Related to Legal Education. |
