Regarding the "Taoyuan City E-cigarette Harm Knowledge Quiz and Lucky Draw Activity" organized by the Taoyuan City Department of Health.

| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Government Health Bureau, dated August 29, 112 (2023), No. 1120083393. |
| II. | To protect the youth of our city from the harms of e-cigarettes and reduce their usage rate, the Bureau has produced three educational infographic cards on "The Harms of E-cigarettes." The aim is to enhance their understanding of e-cigarette harms through visual scenarios, and to establish students' skills in refusing smoking and their knowledge of the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act. |
| III. | The information regarding the aforementioned activity is as follows: |

| (3) | Prize Draw Information: |
| 1. | Each person is limited to one entry. Any duplicate entries or entries using someone else's name will be disqualified. |
| 2. | Number of Prizes: FamilyMart gift certificates (24 winners of NT$1,000, 1 winner of NT$500, for a total of 25 winners). |
