| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the New Taipei City Government dated September 8, 112 (2023), document number: New Taipei Government Education Safety Letter No. 1121759269. |
| 2. | The aforementioned competition aims to promote national defense education through visual expression and communication, to inspire patriotism among the public, and to foster national identity and support for national defense through the selection and promotion of works. |
| 3. | The submission period is from now until October 27, 112 (2023) (postmark date applies). Late submissions will not be accepted. The competition is open to the general public nationwide (with special encouragement for students nationwide to participate). |
| 4. | Awards include one Gold Award, two Silver Awards, two Bronze Awards (one student spot is guaranteed for each of these awards), and thirteen Honorable Mentions. The top Gold Award prize is NT$30,000. |
| 5. | Attached are the implementation plan and an electronic poster, each in one copy. |
