| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Health Bureau of this Government, No. 1120104377 dated November 2, 112. |
| II. | In order to strengthen adolescents' correct knowledge of healthy body composition, eliminate anxiety about body shape and appearance, break through the myths of traditional body image, promote "health is beauty", refuse to pursue others' body appearance standards, and establish adolescents' sense of identity with their own body composition and image, the Health Bureau of this Government is organizing the aforementioned lucky draw event. |
| III. | The information of the aforementioned event is as follows: |
| (1) | Event website: "Discover Your Beauty of Health" lucky draw event on the Taoyuan City Community Nutrition Promotion Center Facebook page (https://reurl.cc/bldREy). |
| (2) | Target audience: Students from 5th grade of elementary school to 3rd grade of high school. |
| (3) | Participation method: |
| 1. | Like the post (same as the event website: https://reurl.cc/bldREy). |
| 2. | Complete the quiz with a score of 60 or higher (Quiz website: https://forms.gle/PMyw5nQkNg84hWP86). |
| 3. | Choose one slogan from the "Healthy Body Composition Beautiful Code 85210" and leave a comment below the event post, tagging 2 friends. |
| (4) | Event prizes: |
| 1. | Insulated bag, 750ml eco-friendly cup, and stainless steel cutlery set, a total of 30 sets. |
| 2. | During the event period, all participants will have a chance to win an additional 10 7-11 gift cards worth NT$800 and 30 gift cards worth NT$400. |
| (5) | Event period: From now until November 30, 112 (Thursday) at 23:59. |
| (6) | Winner list: Announced on the fan page before December 15, 112 (Friday) (inclusive). |
| (7) | Notes: If participants do not have a mobile phone or Facebook account and use another person's account to participate in the event, and subsequently win a prize, the account owner will be notified to provide the participant's real information (including name, phone number, mailing address, and student ID) for verification and prize delivery. |
