The city's Dayou Elementary School is organizing the "112 Academic Year Health Promotion School Program - 'Vision Care' Thematic Center School Poster Design Competition" Implementation Plan.

| I. | In accordance with the implementation plan of the Health Promotion School Project for the 112th academic year - Vision Care Issue Central School in our city. |
| II. | This project aims to enhance the concept, attitude, and skills of vision care among teachers, parents, and students throughout the city through an academic competition, cultivate their core competencies in vision care, deepen their understanding of maintenance and health knowledge, and simultaneously emphasize and remind them of the necessity and importance of regular vision check-ups and follow-up treatments. |
| III. | The relevant information for this project is as follows: |
| (1) | Groups: Elementary School Middle Grades, Elementary School Upper Grades, Junior High School. |
| (2) | Awards for Participating Students: |
| 1. | First Place (1 winner per group, 3 winners in total): Certificate of Merit and a gift certificate of NT$1,200. |
| 2. | Second Place (2 winners per group, 6 winners in total): Certificate of Merit and a gift certificate of NT$800. |
| 3. | Third Place (3 winners per group, 9 winners in total): Certificate of Merit and a gift certificate of NT$500. |
| 4. | Honorable Mention (Several winners per group): Each will receive a Certificate of Merit. |
| (3) | Awards for Instructors: First Place: 2 commendations; Second Place: 1 commendation; Third Place: Certificate of Merit; Honorable Mention: Certificate of Merit. (One award per person, based on merit). |
| IV. | It is recommended that schools plan to organize this event during the winter break. Those interested in participating should submit (mail) their works along with the original signed copyright transfer consent form (as attached) to the Student Affairs Office of Dayou Elementary School (Address: No. 220, Dayou Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City 33052) from February 19, 113 (Monday) to March 1, 113 (Friday) (postmark as proof). Please mark "Health Promotion Vision Care Poster Design Competition" on the envelope. |
