| 1. | In accordance with the Bureau's 113th Uniform Invoice Promotion Tax Art Competition Plan. |
| 2. | The implementation details are as follows, as detailed in the activity guidelines: |
| (1) | Artwork Content: Participants shall create artworks based on themes such as new measures for uniform invoice prize redemption channels (including the Uniform Invoice Prize Redemption App), requesting uniform invoices when shopping, mobile payments combined with cloud invoices, automated cloud invoice matching, donating cloud invoices through social welfare organizations, local taxes (house tax, vehicle license tax, land value tax) tax collection information, types of national and local taxes, convenient services, diversified tax payment channels, tax-funded construction, and important tax systems and policies. Participants can choose their own specific topics within these themes and present them through painting. |
| (2) | Registration Period: From now until May 20, 113, 5:00 PM. |
| (3) | Eligibility: Students in grades 3-6 of public and private junior high schools and elementary schools in Taoyuan City, as well as residents of Taoyuan City aged 15 and above (with Republic of China nationality). |
| (4) | Registration Method: All artworks must be drawn on four-open size paper (either vertical or horizontal orientation). After completion, please submit the artwork in person (a receipt will be issued by the Bureau) or mail it via registered post (postmark date will be considered) before the submission deadline to complete the registration. |
| (5) | Submission Location: Public Relations Section, Service Division, and Service Administration Section of each branch office of the Bureau. |
| (6) | Early Bird Prize: Participants who submit their artwork before April 30, 113, will receive a participation prize. |
| (7) | Competition Categories and Awards: The competition is divided into elementary school group, junior high school group, and general group. Winners will receive cash prizes and certificates from the Bureau as encouragement (for junior high school winners, their achievements will be considered for bonus points in the 12-year basic education excess enrollment selection process, with scoring standards of Special Excellence (6 points), Excellence (5 points), and Honorable Mention (3 points)). The awards and quotas are as follows: |
| 1. | Elementary School Group |
| (1) | 3 Special Excellence Awards: Each winner will receive NT$3,600 and a certificate. |
| (2) | 8 Excellence Awards: Each winner will receive NT$2,000 and a certificate. |
| (3) | 20 Honorable Mention Awards: Each winner will receive NT$1,000 and a certificate. |
| 2. | Junior High School Group |
| (1) | 1 Special Excellence Award: The winner will receive NT$3,600 and a certificate. |
| (2) | 3 Excellence Awards: Each winner will receive NT$2,000 and a certificate. |
| (3) | 10 Honorable Mention Awards: Each winner will receive NT$1,000 and a certificate. |
| 3. | General Group (divided into 3 themes, choose one to participate) |
| (1) | Special Excellence Award (1 per theme): Each winner will receive NT$3,600 and a certificate. |
| (2) | Excellence Award (3 per theme): Each winner will receive NT$2,000 and a certificate. |
| (3) | Honorable Mention Award (5 per theme): Each winner will receive NT$1,000 and a certificate. |
