| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter Tai Jiao Zi (6) No. 1132701094 dated March 18, 113. |
| II. | In response to climate change and to align with the global net-zero emission goals, the Ministry of Education is promoting the carbon sequestration function of trees through the "Campus Tree Information Platform." This initiative aims to assess the carbon sequestration status of campus trees, enhance teachers' and students' understanding of the role of green plants in energy saving and carbon reduction, and promote the concept of loving trees. Therefore, the aforementioned activity is being organized. |
| III. | Relevant information is as follows: |
| (1) | Participants: School environmental education teachers, school tree maintenance technicians, planting personnel, or interested school staff. |
| (2) | Time: March 29, 113, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM. |
| (3) | Location: National Chung Hsing University, College of Bioresources and Agriculture, 10th Floor (Classroom 10D07). |
| (4) | Registration Method: Online registration. Please complete the online registration by 5:00 PM on March 26, 113 (Registration URL: https://reurl.cc/krYbNL). The number of participants is limited to 110. A notification will be sent to successful registrants before the event. Please confirm receipt before attending. |
| (5) | Personnel participating in this event will be granted official (business) leave by their respective schools according to their authority. |
| IV. | Public servants, teachers, and environmental education personnel who complete the entire training session can obtain 3 hours of environmental education hours (including extension hours), teacher training hours, or lifelong learning hours for public servants. If you require relevant hours, please indicate your needs on the registration form and sign in and out at the event. |
