Description:
I. In accordance with the Yilan County Government's letter No. 1130010600, dated March 26, 113.
II. The 2024 Yilan Green Expo, themed "Earth Academy," brings together initiatives and practices from various fields concerning sustainability, meeting present needs while considering the future. This allows teachers, students, and visitors to have fun and learn happily, experiencing environmental friendliness through immersive experiences and understanding sustainable development through leisure and entertainment.
III. The park offers environmental education learning courses. Visitors can swipe their cards at designated locations within the park (such as exhibition halls marked with swipe points on the attached map, as shown in Attachment 1) to earn environmental education learning hours. The accumulated hours will be uploaded to the "2024 Yilan Green Expo Environmental Education Learning Passport Inquiry System" website (https://misc.ilc.edu.tw/gredu/). After completing the environmental learning at the Yilan Green Expo, visitors can immediately print their environmental education training certificates online, which can serve as proof for their respective organizations to issue "2024 Yilan Green Expo Environmental Learning" courses and subsequently record learning hours.
IV. The methods for obtaining environmental education learning hours at the Yilan Green Expo are as follows:
(1) Yilan County elementary and middle school students can directly swipe their "Childhood Reading Cards" without needing to activate them.
(二) Those who have previously obtained an "Yilan Green Card" in past years can directly swipe their cards without activation.
(3) General public (including civil servants) can use their EasyCard, iPASS, or any RFID card with EasyCard functionality. They need to activate their card at the Green Expo entrance service desk before use.
(4) Visitors without an RFID card can go to the activation points at the park, deposit their ID card or other identification, and borrow an "Yilan Green Expo Environmental Education Learning Passport Card." After on-site activation, it can be used.
(5) For schools or groups visiting to obtain environmental education hours, please submit the names, national identification numbers, and other relevant information of your members (as per Attachment 2) at least 3 days prior to your visit by emailing yilanenvedu@gmail.com. Please also inform the Yilan County Environmental Protection Bureau by phone about your group's activation needs to facilitate pre-activation. Contact number: (03)9907755 ext. 156.
