| II. | Many rumors about food have been circulating for a long time. The Professor Chiang Chien-Mei Educational Foundation has produced a documentary on food myths, inviting Dr. Chiang Ping-huang, former Director-General of the Department of Health, Dr. Shih Kun-ho, Director of the Graduate Institute of Food Science and Technology, National Taiwan University, Dr. Yang Ping-hui, Associate Research Fellow at the Food Industry Research and Development Institute, Dr. Chang Hsien-ping, founder of YF Enterprise Co., Ltd., and Dr. Chen Lu-hung, former President of the International Life Sciences Institute, along with other food experts and industry professionals, to debunk these rumors. |
| III. | The foundation has completed three documentaries to dispel food myths, which have been uploaded to YouTube for free viewing. You are welcome to follow "Food Mythbusters" on YouTube and leave your valuable comments. |
