Academic Affairs Office Announcement
Forwarding the letter from the Energy Administration of the Ministry of Economic Affairs to promote the continuous implementation of energy-saving measures by various agencies (organizations) and schools. Four "Energy Saving Training Courses" will be held from May 6, 2024 (Monday) to May 9, 2024 (Friday).

| I. | In accordance with the letter from our government, Ref. No. 1130096692, dated April 15, 113. |
| II. | According to the "Government Agencies and Schools Energy Efficiency Improvement Plan" approved by the Executive Yuan on March 27, 113, Ref. No. 1131001420, each agency (organization) and school unit shall designate personnel to serve as "Energy Conservation Managers" responsible for promoting various energy-saving tasks within the unit. |
| III. | This training course will assist the energy conservation managers of each unit in understanding and planning the implementation of methods such as "Energy Management System Construction and Application," "Building Energy Efficiency Assessment and Energy Saving Improvement," and "Air Conditioning Equipment Maintenance Management and Energy Saving Improvement," in order to enhance the overall energy-saving performance of the public sector. |
| IV. | This training course has been entrusted to the財團法人台灣產業服務基金會 (Taiwan Industrial Services Foundation) for assistance in organization. Relevant details are as follows: |
| (1) | The training will be conducted simultaneously through "in-person classes" and "video conferencing classes," and all registrations must be done online. Registration website: https://www.ftis.org.tw/active/sp1130506095268.htm |
| (2) | Registration period: From April 15th to May 3rd (registration website will close early if full). Additionally, participating colleagues can log 3 hours of lifelong learning for civil servants. |
