| II. | Camp Objectives: To cultivate students interested in developing in the "Finance and Business Administration" fields by equipping them early with six core competencies: problem analysis, interpersonal communication, critical thinking and decision-making, teamwork, innovation and creativity, and planning and execution. Through interactive learning, experiential activities, sharing and feedback, and guided discussions, we aim to help students explore their strengths and achieve adaptive development by simulating real-world business scenarios. |
