| 1. | This is in accordance with our bureau's letter dated May 16, 113, No. 1130043539. |
| 2. | To cultivate core competencies and basic literacy in disaster prevention education among teachers, parents, and students throughout the city, and to enhance the concepts, attitudes, and skills related to disaster prevention education, this event is being organized. |
| 3. | Key information about the event is as follows: |
| (1) | Participants: Students currently enrolled in public and private elementary, junior high, and senior high vocational schools in the city. |
| (2) | Submission Period: From June 10, 113 (Monday) to June 25, 113 (Tuesday) (postmark date applies). Please have your schools consolidate the works before submitting. |
| (3) | Submission Method: Each participant must submit a registration form (as per Attachment 1) and a physical copy of the copyright transfer consent form signed by hand (as per Attachment 2). Submissions should be sent via registered mail within the submission period to the General Affairs Office, Xiayun Elementary School, Fuxing District, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 151, Liuxia Rd., Fuxing Dist., Taoyuan City 33643). Please mark "Disaster Prevention Education Poster Creation Competition" on the envelope. |
