| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Agriculture's letter No. 1130152350 dated June 26, 113. |
| II. | To promote food and agriculture education, the Ministry of Agriculture has established the "Food and Agriculture Education Information Integration Platform" (website: https://fae.moa.gov.tw/), which integrates news, activities, courses, and professional personnel related to food and agriculture education, as well as learning resources such as Taiwan's agricultural product map, lesson plans, teaching materials, recipes, and venues, for public inquiry and use. |
| III. | To support the recognition of local agriculture and its characteristics, the platform has established the "Taiwan Agricultural Product Map" section, creating dedicated areas for 127 agricultural products. The content includes nine major sections: Understanding Agricultural Products, Local Characteristics, Understanding Production Areas, Production Methods, Nutritional Content, Selection and Storage, Culinary Applications, Food Culture, and Agricultural Fun. This information is presented in an easy-to-understand manner to showcase local agriculture and characteristic culture. We encourage you to make full use of it. |
| IV. | To enhance food and agriculture literacy and to help the public better understand food and agriculture education, the Ministry of Agriculture is utilizing the platform's content to organize the "Summer Food and Agriculture Fun: Monopoly Tour of Taiwan" food and agriculture education promotion event from July 8 to August 16, 113 (website: https://fae.moa.gov.tw/2024event/). The event will feature games including Q&A on food and agriculture education, task experiences, and sharing of achievements. Participants can enter a lucky draw with a total prize pool exceeding NT$100,000. We encourage everyone to participate enthusiastically. |
