| 1. | In accordance with the letter from our Social Affairs Bureau dated July 11, 113 (2024), document number 1130061227. |
| 2. | The aforementioned event is scheduled to take place from September 13, 113 (2024) (Friday) to September 29, 113 (2024) (Sunday) in Guishan District (including Taoyuan Winery, MRT A7 and A8 stations, National Taiwan Sport University, Xian Guang Second Village, Walled Village Story Hall, and Zhongzheng Park). |
| 3. | Volunteer service shifts are as follows: |
| (1) | Morning shift: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (4 hours). |
| (2) | Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (4 hours). |
| (3) | Evening shift: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (4 hours). |
| 4. | Volunteer recruitment for this event will be conducted through "online registration." The recruitment period is from July 15, 113 (2024) (Monday) to August 18, 113 (2024) (Sunday). The registration method is as follows: |
| (1) | Group registration: Please log in to the backend of the "Taoyuan City Volunteer Service Integrated Information Platform" (hereinafter referred to as Taoyuan Volunteer Network) (https://gov.tw/76C) using your organization's account, then navigate to the Large Event Recruitment System - Volunteer Group Registration - 2024 Taoyuan Land Art Festival event. Each volunteer is expected to support at least 6 shifts as a general principle. |
| (2) | Individual registration: Please log in to the frontend of the Taoyuan Volunteer Network (https://vsty.tycg.gov.tw/) using your volunteer account, then navigate to "I Want to Be a Volunteer" - Large Event Recruitment - 2024 Taoyuan Land Art Festival event (if using for the first time, please register first) to complete your registration and shift scheduling. |
