Attached is the brochure for the Ministry of Health and Welfare's 2024 courses on creating age-friendly dietary environments, basic and advanced levels. Please help disseminate the event information and encourage eligible individuals or personnel from relevant departments to participate.

| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai-Jiao-She (II) No. 1130073576 dated July 18, 113. |
| II. | To promote understanding and create a friendly dietary environment for the elderly, the Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, has commissioned the Food Industry Research and Development Institute to organize the aforementioned course. The course is titled "Friendly Dietary Services and Texture-Modified Diet Course for the Elderly." It is divided into four categories based on basic and advanced levels, as summarized below and detailed in the attached brochure: |
| (1) | Basic Courses: Divided into Conceptual, Practical, and Professional Personnel classes. |
| 1. | The target audience for the Conceptual (online digital course) and Practical (in-person course) training includes the general public who are willing to participate, especially chefs, food service operators, community centers, professionals in the elderly care industry, and students and faculty in food, nutrition, and culinary-related departments. |
| 2. | Professional Personnel Class: This is an in-person course. The eligibility and priority for admission are as follows. The Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, reserves the right to select participants: |
| (1) | Personnel from local governments related to the business. |
| (2) | Lecturers from food, nutrition, and culinary-related departments in universities and colleges. |
| (3) | Other dietitians and chefs. |
| (2) | Advanced Courses: This is a Train-the-Trainer class, an in-person course, limited to those who obtained the "Creating a Friendly Dietary Environment for the Elderly - Professional Personnel" training certificate in 112. |
