| 3. | Content Summary: |
| (1) | Participants: Students from public (private) junior high and elementary schools within the city, as well as the general public nationwide. |
| (2) | Activity Period: From September 16, 113 to November 15, 113. |
| (3) | Activity Method: Participants will select "Elementary School Group," "Junior High School Group," or "General Group" based on their status. After watching the tax education video on the activity page, those who correctly answer the tax questions and leave their basic information will be entered into a lucky draw. |

| 1. | Individual Prizes: |
| (1) | Elementary and Junior High School Groups: Winners will be drawn proportionally (5%) from the total number of participants in each group, with each winner receiving a NT$100 convenience store gift certificate. |
| (2) | General Group: 100 winners will be drawn, with each winner receiving a NT$100 convenience store gift certificate. |
| 2. | School Prizes: |
| (1) | Teachers (or school representatives) who assist in promoting this activity and achieve 20 participants will receive one promotional item. |
| (2) | Schools with 150 student participants or where student participation reaches half of the total student body will receive an additional 5 promotional items as encouragement. |
| (6) | Winner Announcement: The list of winners will be announced on the bureau's and city government's websites by December 6, 113. For the student groups, a separate letter will be sent to the winning students' schools for them to forward. |
| (7) | Prize Claim Deadline: |
| 1. | Elementary and Junior High School Groups: Designated school representatives should bring the gift certificate receipt to the bureau or its branch offices by January 3, 114, to collect the gift certificates. (For collection at branch offices, please first fax the gift certificate receipt to (03)335-6682 to the Public Relations Section, Service Division, with a contact number of (03)332-6181 ext. 2346, and wait for a phone call before picking them up.) The certificates will then be distributed to the winning students. |
| 2. | General Group: The bureau will mail the prizes via registered mail to the communication addresses provided by the winners on the activity page. Therefore, participants must ensure their mailed information is accurate. The bureau will mail prizes based on the provided information. If prizes are not received, please bring your ID card to the Service Division (Public Relations Section) of the bureau by February 7, 114, to claim them. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the prize. |
