Taoyuan City 2024 International Day of the Girl Series Activities

Subject: Forwarding one copy of the "Taoyuan City 113th Year International Day of the Girl Child Series Activities" related materials organized by the Bureau of Women and Children Development of our city government, please acknowledge receipt.
Explanation:  
I. In accordance with the letter from the Bureau of Women and Children Development of our city government dated September 20, 113, No. 1130026513.
II. In response to the United Nations' call to emphasize investment in and empowerment of girls, ensuring they receive their due human rights and care, and designating October 11th as the "International Day of the Girl Child," our government has designated October 11th as "Taiwan Day of the Girl" since 102. The Bureau of Women and Children Development of our city government, on this year's (113th) Taiwan Day of the Girl, with "Sports Gender Equality" as the main theme, aims to eliminate gender stereotypes in the sports world and promote the participation of young women in diverse sports activities. To achieve this, a series of activities such as filming and premiere of Taoyuan female athlete documentaries, a survey on the current status of girls' sports, a basketball experience camp, and a photography exhibition have been organized to enhance girls' rights.
III. The "Survey on the Current Status of Girls' Sports" activity will be held from now until September 30, 113. The survey targets females aged 10-25 residing in Taoyuan City. The first 500 valid questionnaires will receive a 100 NTD convenience store gift certificate.
