| 3. | The event poster and DM will be delivered to the Pingzhen District Office and all village offices in the district soon. We request the district office to assist with posting and promoting the event, and to inform the village chiefs under its jurisdiction to help distribute promotional materials and use broadcast systems to disseminate event information. |
