Attached is the implementation plan for the "113 Academic Year Health Promotion School Project - 'Positive Psychology Education' Thematic School Health Promotion Slogan Competition" organized by our city's Qiedong Elementary School. Please encourage students to participate actively.

| I. | In accordance with the implementation plan of the Positive Psychology Education Thematic Center School for the 113th academic year's Health Promotion School Project in our city. |
| II. | Objectives: |
| (1) | To enhance the concept of positive psychological health promotion among parents, teachers, and students throughout the city, and to understand knowledge of maintenance and healthcare. |
| (2) | To cultivate core competencies in positive psychological health for parents, teachers, and students across the city, aiming for healthy living, healthy awareness, and positive psychological health knowledge, skills, and attitudes. |
| (3) | To promote positive psychological health concepts through artistic competitions. |
| (4) | To implement health-promoting schools, advocate for overall positive psychological health concepts, and enhance children's art education, this competition is specially organized. |
| III. | Information related to this case is as follows: |
| (1) | Categories: Senior High School Group, Junior High School Group, Upper Elementary School Group. |
| (2) | Participating Students: Each school is requested to select outstanding representative works for participation (a maximum of two entries per school). Each student is limited to submitting one entry. |
| (3) | Artwork Theme: Creative expression based on the theme of positive psychological health promotion slogans, including "5 Positives (Positive Emotion, Positive Engagement, Positive Relationships, Positive Meaning, Positive Accomplishment)" and "4 Joys (Joyful Movement, Joyful Living, Joyful Eating, Joyful Sleep)". |
| (4) | Awards for Participating Students: |
| 1. | First Place (1 winner per group, 3 winners in total): One certificate and a NT$2,000 gift voucher. |
| 2. | Second Place (1 winner per group, 3 winners in total): One certificate and a NT$1,000 gift voucher. |
| 3. | Third Place (1 winner per group, 3 winners in total): One certificate and a NT$500 gift voucher. |
| 4. | Honorable Mention (3 winners per group, 9 winners in total): One certificate and a NT$300 gift voucher. |
| (5) | Awards for Instructors: First place will receive 2 commendations, second place 1 commendation, third place a certificate, and honorable mention a certificate. (One award will be given based on merit). |
| IV. | It is recommended that schools plan to carry out this activity during their winter break. Those who wish to participate should submit (mail) their works, along with the registration form and the original signed copyright transfer consent form (attached), to the Student Affairs Office of Jiadong Elementary School, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 155, Yongsheng Rd., Bade Dist., Taoyuan City 334015) from January 2, 2025 (Thursday) to February 27, 2025 (Thursday) (postmark date as proof). Please indicate "Positive Psychology Education Health Promotion Slogan Competition" on the envelope. |
