| I. | In accordance with the continuation of our department's letter No. 1130248748 dated September 9, 113, and the implementation plan for the 2025 Taiwan Lantern Festival in Taoyuan - National Lantern Competition. |
| II. | The registration date, method, submission time, and location for this competition are as follows: |
| (1) | Registration Period: October 21 to November 25, 113. |
| (2) | Registration Method: Please complete the registration on the website (https://2025lantern.tyc.edu.tw) within the aforementioned period. Download, stamp, and sign the registration form and related attachments, then mail them by registered post to Director Pan, Office of Student Affairs, Qiesheng Elementary School, No. 155, Yongsheng Road, Bade District, Taoyuan City 334015, before November 26, 113 (postmark as proof; late submissions will not be accepted). |
| (3) | Artwork Information and Image Upload (Finished Product): For those who have completed registration, please upload by December 31, 114 (Tuesday). |
| (4) | Artwork Submission Dates: February 3 to February 5, 114, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily. |
| (5) | Artwork Submission Location: 2025 Taiwan Lantern Festival in Taoyuan - Competition Lantern Exhibition Area (Plaza in front of Taoyuan HSR Station). |
