| I. | Based on Guanyin High School's official letter No. 1140001484 dated February 18, 114, and the International Education Overall Work Plan for July to January of the 112 academic year and the 113 academic year. |
| II. | The relevant information for the aforementioned training is as follows: |
| (1) | Training Time: Friday, March 7, 114, and Friday, March 14, 114. |
| (2) | Training Location: Group classrooms on the 1st floor of the main building, Taoyuan City Guanyin Senior High School. |
| (3) | Registration Deadline: From now until Monday, March 3, 114. |
| (4) | Registration Method, Training Code, and Form URL: |
| 1. | Trainees must register on the National In-service Teacher Training Information Network. The training code is 4904894. |
| 2. | Simultaneously fill out the Google Form for this matter: https://forms.gle/NaFDxGEzFnS7ScrP7, to facilitate registration and the issuance of certification hours. |
| (5) | The track-specific courses are primarily based on practical assessments. The assessment results will be graded as 'Pass' or 'Fail'. Instructors will evaluate whether participants pass based on their attendance and their active participation in group discussions, task division, and presentations during the practical sessions. |
| (6) | Notes: Only those who have passed the "Principal and Teacher Empowerment 'Common' Curriculum for Primary and Secondary School International Education" are eligible to register for this training. |

| IV. | The bureau agrees to grant official leave for attendees of this event and to provide substitute teaching arrangements. Any resulting teaching vacancies may be filled by hiring substitute teachers with the school's approval and according to regulations, with substitute teaching fees covered by the "Personnel Expenses - Employment and Part-time Personnel Salaries - Part-time Personnel Remuneration" item under the bureau's 114 fiscal year local education development fund budget. If there are any shortfalls, the bureau will also provide subsidies. Private schools should grant official (business) leave to participating teachers according to their own authority. |
