| I. | In accordance with the Environmental Protection Bureau's notice dated February 27, 114. |
| II. | To strengthen the control of noisy vehicles, starting from January 1, 114, if a vehicle is not equipped with an approved exhaust pipe and the modification is not registered, a fine of up to NT$1,800 will be imposed according to the "Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act." Furthermore, if a vehicle using an uncertified exhaust pipe is found to exceed the noise limit after being stopped and inspected, an additional fine of up to NT$3,600 may be imposed according to the "Noise Control Act." |
