| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Boy Scouts Association dated February 25, 2025, No. 114016. |
| 2. | The activity details are as follows: |
| (1) | Activity Time: March 22, 2025 (Saturday). |
| (2) | Activity Location: Jiadong Elementary School (No. 1, Dongtai Street, Bade District, Taoyuan City). |
| (3) | Eligibility: Scout leaders from all levels in this city. |
| (4) | Registration Deadline: From now until March 14, 2025 (Friday). |
| (5) | Participants who complete the entire workshop will receive 6 hours of study credit. |
| 3. | Staff and participants will be granted official (business) leave for the duration of the activity, under the principle that they will cover their own teaching responsibilities and will not receive substitute teaching fees. If the activity falls on a holiday, compensatory leave can be taken within two years. |
