The Ministry of the Environment will hold a promotional event called "Calculate Your Carbon Footprint, Win a Million Green Points" from February 28 to March 29, 114. We kindly request your school to assist in promoting the use of the carbon footprint calculator.

| I. | In accordance with the letter of the Taoyuan City Government Environmental Protection Bureau, No. 1140019396, dated March 7, 114. |
| II. | In February 114, the Ministry of the Environment launched the "Lifestyle Carbon Footprint Calculator." By inputting simple lifestyle information, the public can understand their daily carbon emissions, reveal quantitative data on carbon reduction behaviors, create opportunities for behavioral change, and guide the public in practicing various green living measures. |
| III. | For the aforementioned promotional activity, the public can calculate their footprint on the Net-Zero Green Lifestyle Information Network. During the activity period, completing the self-assessment and activity registration offers a chance to win tens of millions of green points. The first 35 participants each day will also receive an early bird gift of 10,000 green points. Additionally, members of the Environmental Protection Points program can click on the activity link on the APP homepage to calculate their footprint without logging in. Members of the Environmental Instant Messaging APP can also click on the activity link within the environmental messages in the important messages section. | IV. | "Shaping a Net-Zero Sustainable Green Lifestyle" connects to the key strategy of "Net-Zero Green Lifestyle" for 2050 net-zero emissions, integrating with the key strategy of "Electrification and Carbon-Free Transportation." It extends the infrastructure and promotion measures of various agencies, conveying green living knowledge and practices to the public, businesses, organizations, and agencies. This aims to help all sectors identify opportunities for behavioral change, consciously choose low-carbon behaviors in their daily consumption, and achieve lifestyle transformation and habit formation. |
| V. | Given that "Shaping a Net-Zero Sustainable Green Lifestyle" is jointly promoted by relevant agencies, we invite your agency to join us in measuring the impact of our lifestyles on carbon emissions. We kindly request your assistance in promoting the use of the Lifestyle Carbon Footprint Calculator during the planning and execution of relevant activities. |
