| II. | The Administration previously forwarded the "Guidelines for Risk Control of Burkholderia glumae and Bongkrekic Acid" produced by the Administration on January 24, 114 (2025), Ref: Tai Jiao Guo Shu Xue Zi Di 1140009234, requesting all schools to strengthen publicity and utilization. |
| III. | To enhance accessibility and deepen preventive knowledge, the Administration has continued to produce the aforementioned animation (including Chinese, English, Thai, Filipino, Indonesian, and Vietnamese versions), which is available on the Administration's official website (URL: http://www.fda.gov.tw/TC/site.aspx?sid=1816&r=705332870). Please promote and utilize it among school catering businesses, faculty, staff, and students, and continue to implement self-management of food hygiene to safeguard the rights and interests of faculty, staff, and students regarding catering hygiene and safety. |
