| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Girl Scout Association dated March 10, 114 (2025), document number 桃女童雯字第113009号. |
| 2. | Application Period: Applications must be received by the Taoyuan City Girl Scout Association (No. 487, Nanping Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City) by April 2, 114 (Wednesday). Late applications or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. |
| 3. | Eligibility for Nomination: |
| (1) | Girl Scouts of all levels who have completed three registrations in the 114th year, have actively participated in Girl Scout activities for 2 years, and have registered continuously for 2 years. |
| (2) | Must have records and relevant proof of participation in county/city Girl Scout associations or regional Girl Scout activities. |
| 4. | The aforementioned method is attached, or can be downloaded directly from the Girl Scouts of Taiwan, ROC website (https://www.gstaiwan.org). |
