| 1. | Based on the letter from the Yunlin County Government dated March 13, 114 (2025), document number Fu Jiao She Er Zi No. 1142415279B. |
| 2. | Competition details are as follows: |
| (1) | Competition categories: Including elementary school middle grades, elementary school upper grades, junior high school, senior high school/vocational school, and adult group (including university/college). |
| (2) | Competition method: Preliminary round will be by submitted works, and the final round will be a live competition. |
| (3) | Preliminary registration: From now until April 1, 114 (2025) (Tuesday), mail to the Academic Affairs Office of Gongcheng Elementary School (No. 95, Beiping Road, Douliu City, Yunlin County). The postmark will be the basis for judging; on-site submissions will not be accepted. |
| (4) | Final competition date and location: April 26, 114 (2025) (Saturday) at Gongcheng Elementary School, Yunlin County. |
