Regarding the "AIDS Prevention 'Earth Game' Seed Teacher Training" course commissioned by the Ministry of Health and Welfare's Centers for Disease Control (hereinafter referred to as CDC) to the Hsing-Ling Medical Foundation, please assist your school in notifying teachers to actively register and participate.

| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Hsing Ling Medical Foundation dated March 18, 114 (2025), Ref: Hsing Ling Medical No. 004. |
| II. | In view of the attached resolution passed at the 18th meeting of the 8th session of the Legislative Yuan in 2015, all levels of schools (upper grades of elementary school, junior high school, senior high vocational school, and universities/colleges) should arrange at least 2 hours of AIDS education courses per semester for teachers and administrative staff, and at least 1 hour of AIDS education time for students. The course content should at least cover the following items: |
| (1) | Basic AIDS knowledge and prevention methods. |
| (2) | Clarification of values regarding the disease and awareness of gender diversity. |
| (3) | How to interact with people living with HIV. |
| (4) | AIDS experiential education. |
| III. | The foundation was commissioned by the Rotary Club of Taipei Eternal in 113 (2024) to develop an activity-based curriculum for junior high school AIDS prevention called "Earth Game." This year, it was commissioned by the Centers for Disease Control to conduct training for seed teachers for this curriculum. This year, the promotion will continue with enhancement workshops for junior high school teachers to improve their teaching abilities and implement sex education in the classroom. Through the experiential learning of the school's sex education "Earth Game" activity, students will learn to refuse sexual activity, understand online dating and internet safety issues, and establish correct knowledge, attitudes, and positive care regarding AIDS. |
| IV. | The activities for this year are as follows: |
| (1) | Date: May 21, 114 (2025) (Wednesday). |
| (2) | Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. |
| (3) | Location: Fufeng Junior High School in this city. |
| (4) | Target Audience: |
| 1. | Teachers involved in AIDS prevention education at all levels of junior high, senior high, and vocational schools in this city (e.g., health promotion teachers, health and hygiene teachers, counselors, heads of health sections, nurses, and seed teachers of the health and physical education counseling group). |
| 2. | Center and collaborating schools for health promotion sex education (including AIDS prevention) in this city are required to send representatives to attend. |
| 3. | The number of participants is generally limited to 60. |

| (6) | Continuing Education Hours Granted: 6 hours. |
| V. | Please encourage teachers and education administrators in relevant fields from your school to attend and grant them official leave according to your authority. For municipal schools that require substitute teachers due to class coverage, please scan and email your class schedule to the contact person's mailbox (10032273@ms.tyc.edu.tw) by April 8, 114 (2025) (Tuesday). Late submissions will not be accepted (substitutions will not be provided for part-time classes, substitute classes, or remedial classes. Please note if it is not a basic hourly rate).
