| Explanation: |
| I. | Based on Guanyin High School's letter No. 1140004200 dated April 14, 114, and our city's 112 and 113 subsidized implementation of the overall international education work plan. |
| II. | To promote the sharing of international education resources and encourage cross-school collaboration among teachers to develop creative and practical international education courses or activity designs, we plan to invite outstanding teachers and teams from our city's elementary, junior high, and high schools who have won awards for their lesson plans to share their experiences. |
| III. | The relevant information for the aforementioned workshop is as follows: |
| (1) | Date: May 8, 114 (Thursday), from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. |
| (2) | Location: First Conference Room, Taoyuan Municipal Guanyin Senior High School. |
| (3) | Registration Method: Please register by logging into the National Teacher In-Service Training Network before May 5, 114 (Monday). The workshop code is 4972442. Participants who complete the entire workshop will receive 4 hours of in-service training credit. |

| V. | The Bureau agrees to grant official leave for workshop attendees and arrange for substitute teachers. Any resulting teaching vacancies may be filled by substitute teachers upon school approval and according to regulations, with their hourly wages covered by the "Personnel Expenses - Salaries for Employed and Part-time Personnel - Remuneration for Part-time Personnel" item in the "Local Education Development Fund 114 Academic Year School Budget" of this Bureau. If there are any shortfalls, the Bureau will handle the subsidy accordingly. Private schools are requested to grant official (business) leave to participating teachers according to their own responsibilities. |
