| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Department of Secondary Education, Ministry of Education, dated May 2, 114 (2025), Ref. No. 1140043489. |
| II. | To promote excellent culinary hygiene role models and recognize the contributions of chefs in enhancing Taiwan's culinary quality and food safety culture, the Department has commissioned "All-Around Creative Co., Ltd." to organize the aforementioned event. This event will publicly select and honor outstanding chefs and emerging chefs. Information regarding event registration and briefing sessions is as follows: |

| 1. | Northern Session: Thursday, May 8th, this year, at the Conference Room F208, Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare (No. 130, Lane 1, Section 1, Yanjiou Street, Nangang District, Taipei City). |
| 2. | Central Session: Tuesday, May 6th, this year, at White Cat Stroll Cafe (No. 61, Longfu 15th Road, Nantun District, Taichung City). |
| 3. | Southern Session: Wednesday, May 7th, this year, at Classroom D503, Second Practice Building, National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism (No. 1, Songhe Road, Xiaogang District, Kaohsiung City). |
