2025-2026 Academic Year Indigenous Peoples' Club Program for Senior Secondary and Below Schools

| Subject: | Regarding the subsidy for the "114 Academic Year Senior High School and Below Indigenous Community Club Program" by the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (hereinafter referred to as the Department), please proceed according to the following instructions. Thank you for your attention. |
| Instructions: |
| 1. | In accordance with the Department's letter No. 1145701370A dated May 5, 114, and the "Key Points for the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Subsidy for Senior High School and Below Indigenous Community Clubs." |
| 2. | As a general principle, each school may apply for one club per academic year, with a maximum subsidy of NT$60,000 per academic year. |
| 3. | If your school wishes to apply for the aforementioned program, please prepare "Indigenous Community Club Activity Expense Application Plan" in duplicate (requiring official seal) in accordance with the regulations of the aforementioned key points and the specified format. Please submit it to this bureau by mail before May 26, 114 (Monday), and simultaneously send the electronic file (editable file and scanned file with official seal) to the contact person's email address (tina9770@ms.tyc.edu.tw). |
| 4. | Additionally, private schools should complete the "Disclosure Form for Public Officials and Related Persons' Identity and Relationship" as stipulated in Article 14, Paragraph 2 of the "Act on Prevention of Corruption," when applying. This form can be downloaded from the subsidy information disclosure section under government information disclosure on the Department's website (or by linking to https://gov.tw/H2x). |

| 6. | Attached are the application form format for the aforementioned program, important notes, and the "Key Points for the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Subsidy for Senior High School and Below Indigenous Community Clubs," each in one copy. |
