| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Veterinary Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture, No. 1144327145, dated May 26, 114. |
| II. | In order to enhance the knowledge and skills of personnel involved in promoting food and agriculture education, teachers at all levels, nutritionists, and personnel responsible for school lunch programs regarding food and agriculture education, the four food and agriculture education lecture courses mentioned above are organized. |
| III. | The times, locations, and topics of the four lectures organized are as follows: |
| (1) | On July 2, 114, at the Animal Drug Inspection Center of the Institute (Zhunan Township, Miaoli County), the lecture "The Fantastic Journey of Eggs" and the experiential activity "Open the Egg, Discover the Secret of Freshness." Lecture announcements are detailed in Attachment 1. |
| (2) | On July 22, 114, at the College of Veterinary Medicine, National Chung Hsing University (Taichung City), the lecture "Joint Epidemic Prevention for Quality Domestic Meat Products" and the experiential activity "Animal Welfare-Friendly Farming and Practical Training Experience." Lecture announcements are detailed in Attachment 2. |
| (3) | On July 28, 114, at the Institute (Tamsui District, New Taipei City), the lecture "The Relationship Between Diet and Human Health" and the experiential activity "Hands-on Fun: Making a Cooling Tremella Soup." Lecture announcements are detailed in Attachment 3. |
| (4) | On August 20, 114, at the Shulin Kou Farm in Tamsui District, New Taipei City, the lecture "Egg Schoolhouse" and the experiential activity "Farm Experience: A Day as a Free-Range Farmer." Lecture announcements are detailed in Attachment 4. |
| IV. | Lecture details are provided in the attachments. Interested individuals can register online. Please visit the Food and Agriculture Education Professional Recognition Application System (https://faep.moa.gov.tw/) within the specified time, click "I want to attend a class," and select the course. |
| V. | Personnel participating in this event will be granted official leave (or business leave) registration by their respective schools according to their authority. |
