Regarding forest fire prevention matters in our city, with summer approaching and in response to climate change, please assist in publicizing this to all agencies and schools.

| I. | In accordance with the Bureau's letter No. 11400027871/Taononglin dated January 22, 114 (received), continue to handle. |
| II. | In response to the approaching summer and climate change, and to prevent forest fires, please assist in setting up forest fire prevention slogans on your unit's electronic billboards (including scrolling displays): "Forest fire prevention: two don'ts and one remember. No campfires, no carelessly discarded cigarette butts, remember to take your trash with you." Please provide the promotion results via email by June 30, 114. |
| III. | The "Mirror of Wildfire" short film and fire prevention posters (Good forest life without fire, careful use of fire to protect forest life) produced by the Forestry and Conservation Agency, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, have been uploaded to the cloud space (https://reurl.cc/96x78X). All agencies are requested to assist in promotion. For the use of the aforementioned fire prevention poster images, please indicate "Authorized for use by the Forestry and Conservation Agency" and do not exceed the scope of authorization. Furthermore, it is prohibited to resell, lend, copy, rent, or transmit to third parties online, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Please comply with copyright law and intellectual property rights regulations. The authorization period for use is until December 31, 114. |
