| I. | In accordance with the letter No. Nong Liang Te Zi Di 1141172510 from the Food and Agriculture Administration, Ministry of Agriculture, dated July 3, 114. |
| II. | To enable students to understand the connection between food and land and cultivate healthy eating habits, this demonstration course on coarse grain food and agriculture education is organized. The aim is to nurture seed teachers with enthusiasm and professional knowledge, encouraging them to integrate domestic grains and coarse grains into their teaching, thereby expanding students' understanding and recognition of domestic coarse grains. |
| III. | The aforementioned activities are summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Target Audience: Junior high school home economics teachers, and teachers from culinary and food-related departments in senior high and vocational schools. A total of 20 participants will be recruited (with a principle of 2 participants per institution). |
| (2) | Registration Method: Online registration (details in the registration brochure). |
| (3) | Registration Period: From now until July 14th of this year. |
