| We cordially invite schools with outstanding achievements in art education to encourage students to participate in the "In My Homeland" International Painting Competition. Please submit your entries before this year's National Day so that the world can see the beauty of Taiwan and acknowledge the long-term dedication of your esteemed faculty and students. Please take note. |
| Details: |
| I. | Since 2014 (the same applies hereinafter), the Ministry of Education has been organizing the "Art Education Contribution Award" to publicly commend those who have long been dedicated to art education. It also includes the "Outstanding School" award to encourage schools at all levels to continue investing in art education, earning widespread respect. |
| II. | Our organization was established in 1984 and focuses on school and environmental education, having served over a thousand schools across Taiwan. We believe that the "In My Homeland" International Painting Competition, originating from Central Europe with participation from over thirty countries and held for more than twenty years, is an excellent opportunity to deeply integrate art education with environmental issues, allowing the world to see Taiwan and the long-term efforts of your esteemed faculty and students. It is worthy of attention and participation. |
| III. | We sincerely invite young students aged 6 to 18 to paint "My Homeland" on A3, B4, or folio-sized drawing paper. Creative styles and media are not restricted. Please mail your submissions by October 10, 2025 (postmark date applies). The mailing address is our office (6F-1, No. 88, Sec. 2, Xinyi Rd., Da'an Dist., Taipei City 10641). |
| IV. | To encourage participation, all participants will receive a certificate of participation (electronic copy). You will also have the chance to win awards (students from all age groups have the opportunity to win, with an estimated award rate of over 10% of submissions). The list of winners is expected to be announced in April 2026, and an exhibition for selected award-winning works is planned to be held in a suitable location in the latter half of next year. Please look forward to it. |
| V. | This event is not only an art competition but also an environmental education initiative that combines observation, thinking, and expression. It helps students re-examine the land and environment they inhabit in their daily lives, deepen their emotional connection to their hometown and nature, and preserve the environmental memories of Taiwan for each school and region. |
| VI. | We warmly invite all teachers and students who love their homes, hometowns, and care about the environment to join us. We also invite supervising teachers to sign their names on the artwork registration form to share this honor together. If any awards are won, our organization will also notify the respective county and city education bureaus (departments) to highlight the outstanding achievements of your esteemed faculty and students. |
| VII. | For detailed competition information, registration methods, rules, and recent international award-winning artworks, please refer to the event website: http://www.eqpf.org/inmyhomeland. The event registration form, promotional poster, and EDM are attached. We kindly ask for your assistance in informing teachers and students to participate enthusiastically, continue to deepen art education, and we are immensely grateful. |
