114 Tainan City Youth Sexually Transmitted Infections Prevention and Health Education Solicitation Competition

| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Health Bureau of Tainan City Government, No. 1140167474B dated September 10, 2025. |
| II. | The purpose of this competition is to solicit health education and promotion materials for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) among adolescents. This will facilitate enhanced STI prevention and control among students in the future. We hope to establish correct STI prevention concepts among students through these promotional materials, thereby effectively reducing the incidence of STIs in the young population of our city. |
| III. | Participants: Junior high school, senior high school, vocational high school, and university/college students nationwide. |
| IV. | Registration Method (Paper-based or Online Registration): |
| (1) | For paper-based registration: Please print the attached "Registration and Participation Affidavit" and "Submission Authorization Agreement" and mail them to Mr. Chen Po-hao, Division of Disease Control, Tainan City Government Health Bureau, Linsen Office (No. 418, Section 1, Linsen Road, East District, Tainan City). |
| (2) | For online registration: Please sign the "Registration and Participation Affidavit" and "Submission Authorization Agreement," then scan and email them to the case handler's mailbox (a00782@tncghb.gov.tw). |
| V. | Registration and Submission Deadline: From now until September 30, 2025 (Tuesday). For paper-based registration, the postmark date will be used as the basis. For online registration, emails received no later than 11:59 PM on September 30 will be accepted. Late submissions will not be processed. |
| VI. | Competition Categories: |
| (1) | Junior High School Group: Ages 12-15, currently enrolled junior high school students (grades 7-9, including graduating students). |
| (2) | Senior High School/Vocational High School Group: Ages 15-18, currently enrolled senior high school, vocational high school, or five-year junior college students (grades 1-3, including graduating students). |
| (3) | University/College Group: Students aged 18 and above, currently enrolled in university or college (including graduating students applying for graduate school). |
| VII. | Attached are the competition plan (Attachment 1), social media copy (Attachment 2), and graphic design (Attachment 3), each with one copy. |
