| II. | To protect the youth of our city from the harms of tobacco (smoking) and reduce their usage rates, the bureau has produced an educational video to enhance their understanding of the harms of tobacco and to inform students about the relevant regulations of the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act. |
| III. | The details of the aforementioned activity are as follows: |

| V. | Number of Prizes: Convenience store gift certificates (NT$100, 50 winners). The list of eligible participants for the raffle will be randomly generated by computer system on October 17, 114 (2025). |
| VI. | The list of winners will be announced on the "No Smoking" website of the Taoyuan City Government Health Bureau (https://nosmoking.tycg.gov.tw/) under the latest news section, without further notification or consent from participants.
