| I. The Andrew Charity Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") specially organizes academic and artistic competition activities to enhance the interest and ability of students from underprivileged families in rural areas of Taiwan in reading and writing, art and painting, and calligraphy. The aim is to stimulate students' imagination and creativity in words and paintings, improve their writing aesthetics, and encourage them to showcase their talents. |
| II. This year (115) marks the eleventh academic and artistic competition organized by the Association. The competition categories and age groups are as follows: |
| (I) Painting Category: |
| 1. Grades 3-4 Elementary School Group. |
| 2. Grades 5-6 Elementary School Group. |
| 3. Grades 7-9 Junior High School Group. |
| 4. Grades 10-12 Senior High School (Vocational) and Grades 1-3 Junior College Group. |
| (II) Essay Writing Category: |
| 1. Grades 5-6 Elementary School Group. |
| 2. Grades 7-9 Junior High School Group. |
| 3. Grades 10-12 Senior High School (Vocational) and Grades 1-3 Junior College Group. |
| (III) Calligraphy Category: |
| 1. Grades 5-6 Elementary School Group. |
| 2. Grades 7-9 Junior High School Group. |
| 3. Grades 10-12 Senior High School (Vocational) and Grades 1-3 Junior College Group. |
| (IV) Pen Calligraphy Category: |
| 1. Grades 5-6 Elementary School Group. |
| 2. Grades 7-9 Junior High School Group. |
| 3. Grades 10-12 Senior High School (Vocational) and Grades 1-3 Junior College Group. |
