| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Ministry of Education, Department of Secondary Education, dated March 16, 115 (Tai Jiao Guo Shu Ti Zi No. 1150024283). |
| 2. | The Ministry of Environment, in order to strengthen campus air quality awareness and promote the "Children and Adolescents Campus Air Quality Protection Network" policy, has produced the aforementioned manual to guide junior and elementary school students in understanding the sources of air pollution inside and outside the campus and the protective measures. The key points of the manual's promotion are summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Identification of pollution sources: including external sources such as factory emissions, vehicle exhaust, and restaurant fumes, as well as internal sources such as stationery, kitchen fumes, and construction paint. |
| (2) | Introduction to protection mechanisms: explaining government measures for monitoring air pollution in industrial zones, designating air quality maintenance areas, and introducing air quality indicators and methods for improving campus environments. |
| (3) | Publicity on reporting and notification: When abnormal odors or dense smoke are detected, they can be reported through the hotline 0800066-666, the "Public Nuisance Reporting" APP, or the Public Nuisance Pollution Reporting website. |
