"Collection of Transitional Justice Related Laws and Reference Materials E-book" published by the Executive Yuan

| I. | In accordance with the letter of the Provincial Government No. 1150073555 dated March 20, 115. |
| II. | Since the promulgation of the "Act on Promoting Transitional Justice" in 106, the government has systematically promoted transitional justice work. In 111, with the amendment of the Act and the dissolution of the task-oriented Transitional Justice Commission, it entered a new phase. Relevant agencies (organizations) undertaking transitional justice tasks have responded to practical needs by enacting, amending, or repealing regulations, and issuing administrative guidance or interpretations in a timely manner. In view of the fact that regulations are important bases for promoting work, in order to enable colleagues engaged in transitional justice affairs to effectively utilize the regulations in this field, the Executive Yuan's Office of Human Rights and Transitional Justice has compiled and published the aforementioned compilation. It is categorized according to the nature of each regulation and reference material, hoping to provide a comprehensive collection for colleagues engaged in transitional justice affairs to use and refer to, and to promote the understanding and application of the transitional justice regulatory system by all sectors of society. |
