General Affairs Office informs

Informing you of the city's "2018 Promotion of Campus Localization Disaster Prevention Teaching Modules (Teaching Design and Execution Results) Collection and Implementation Plan," we welcome interested faculty and staff from our school to submit their work.

1. In accordance with the letter of the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau dated July 10, 107 (1070057194).

2. The selection and implementation plan is as follows:
(1) Participants and eligibility:
Faculty and staff of senior high schools and below in this city who are willing to participate.
(2) Participation regulations: Each lesson plan submission is limited to 4 participants (must be from the same school). The theme and content of the work must comply with disaster prevention education related topics (participants can refer to the Disaster Prevention Education websitehttp://163.30.178.9/disaster/index.phpto refer to the data of outstanding schools in previous years), applicable to grades 1-9 (optional) or high school grades 1-3 in principle, with a teaching time of at least 4 class periods designed.
(3) Submission deadline: Before 4:00 PM on September 28, 107 (Friday), directly to Director Xu Lianghuan, Academic Affairs Office, Kejian Elementary School (for registered mail, the postmark will be the basis).
(4) Awards:
1. Two "Special Excellence" awards: Each recipient will receive 1 commendation, 0.1 publication points, and a manuscript fee of NT$5,000 per submission (NT$1,000 per thousand characters, up to NT$5,000; if the word count is insufficient, it will be calculated based on the actual word count).
2. Three "Excellence" awards: Each recipient will receive 1 certificate, 0.1 publication points, and a manuscript fee of NT$3,750 per submission (NT$750 per thousand characters, up to NT$3,750; if the word count is insufficient, it will be calculated based on the actual word count).
3. Five "Merit" awards: Each recipient will receive 1 certificate, 0.1 publication points, and a manuscript fee of NT$3,000 per submission (NT$600 per thousand characters, up to NT$3,000; if the word count is insufficient, it will be calculated based on the actual word count).
4. For award-winning works co-authored by two or more individuals, the manuscript fee and publication points will be divided equally among the authors.
3. The groups whose lesson plans are selected for outstanding performance will be invited to share their lesson plans at the disaster prevention regional sharing session in December 107.
